Finding You - Inspirational art courses at the Philip Gray Gallery Studio, Cobh

For years I have received so many requests from people interested in developing their own creative talents. I now run a selection of courses, which are designed to bring you on a very exciting creative journey of self-discovery. I am so looking forward to assisting others in their own creative development and onward journey as artists. These courses will both suit the complete novice or those who are already painting but wish to expand their abilities. Please note that present courses for 2008 are fully subscribed. There are initally 4 courses running from September to December.

Finding You- One day Course (normally Saturday)
€120 per person. Materials supplied and buffet lunch at the Gallery is included.
This course is run from the morning, starting at 10am until 5.30pm

Capturing the Mood in Pastel - 6 Week course.
€195 per person per course.
Morning class: 10am-12.30pm Evening class: 7pm - 9.30pm

Capturing the Mood in Oil - 6 Week course.
€195 per person per course.
Morning class: 10am-12.30pm Evening class: 7pm - 9.30pm

Masterclass in Oils and Pastels - 10 Week course
€395 per person per course.
This course is run in the morning, starting at 10am. At the end of the course, there will be an evening exhibition in the Philip Gray Gallery.

For those who cannot attend but wish to start painting with Pastels, Philip has a DVD entitled Sea and Believe : A masterclass in painting with Pastels.

This new DVD features Philip at the cliff’s of Moher where he gains his inspiration and then Philip is filmed whilst he creates this beautiful work back at his studio in Cobh. If you ever wanted to paint with pastel, look no further. Philip will guide you from start to finish and demonstrate his own techniques in working with pastels.
